Support Zainab & Nour’s Dreams

Zainab & Noor

Summary:

After losing their father eight years ago, Zainab and Noor, alongside their mother, stepfather and five stepsiblings, live in the rural outskirts of Aleppo. Both sisters suffer from xeroderma pigmentosum, a rare condition that restricts their exposure to sunlight and adversely impacts their nervous system, hearing, vision and skin. The disease has led to complex health needs that their family struggles to meet amid financial hardship and ongoing regional conflict.

Challenges:

Zainab and Noor’s battle with xeroderma pigmentosum goes beyond avoiding sunlight. This rare condition affects their nervous system, hearing, vision and skin, necessitating regular, specialized medical care. However, due to their family’s financial situation and the instability in their area, obtaining the treatment they need remains a significant challenge.

They are carefully and easily manage heart surgey.
