In 2023, Morocco was struck by a devastating earthquake with a magnitude of 7.2, causing widespread destruction in multiple cities across the country. The earthquake inflicted significant damage to infrastructure, homes, and public buildings, displacing thousands of people and leading to loss of life and injuries. The affected areas required urgent humanitarian assistance to provide shelter, medical care, food, and clean water to those impacted by the disaster. International aid organizations, along with government agencies and local communities, mobilized resources to support relief efforts and help affected individuals and families rebuild their lives.
